Fighters that helped the Italian Air Force to rise up from the ashes of the post-war years and that were involved in many secret missions during the so called “cold war”. Yet their operational use remains a nearly unknown chapter in the history of the AMI. Thatʼs why the author decided to light up this chapter and write about the events that concerned this plane and the pilots that flew them. Like in every other title of the same series, the volume includes a chapter on the technical description of the P-38G, J and L and a chapter on the modelling, all to satisfy the expectations of both modellers and history fans of this famous fighter.
