Warpaint Armour is an exciting new series by Guideline License Publications. Each title will cover an important conflict or period, looking at the tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles that shaped pivotal moments in the history of modern warfare. Illustrated throughout with archival images and specially commissioned colour profiles, it will showcase the latest research with articles written by an international team of experts, providing information and inspiration to modellers and military history enthusiasts alike.
In each volume you will find eight features articles covering both well-known and more obscure AFVs, as well as accounts of campaigns and the role of armour in both war and peace. The series will take us from the origins of armoured warfare on the Western Front to the latest in military technology and the preparations made by today's militaries for future conflict.
In conjunction with Acrylicos Vallejo and Military Modelcraft International, the UK's number military modelling monthly, the articles are written with a modeller in mind. Each volume also features a modelling gallery, showcasing some of the finest models that have been seen in Miltary Modelcraft International over the last decade, as well as some that have not previously been seen in print. 84 pages
