This is the companion book to the two authors' VILNIUS 1812. It is probably the most comprehensive volume of data about the Grande Armee and how it collapsed so comprehensively over the course of the campaign. It explores the organisation and attrition down to regimental level by Corps, the fate of the prisoners and the logistics failure that contributed to its annihilation. To say the information is overwhelming is probably an underestimate.
